This policy explains how Maison 3 processes personal data collected through maisontrois.fr. The French version is the reference version in the event of any discrepancy.

Data collected

The enquiry form may collect your name, company, work email, website, e-commerce platform, revenue range, target timeline, project description and any information you choose to provide. Infrastructure providers may also process strictly necessary technical data, including IP address, access time, browser, device, requested page and security logs.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to enquiries and arranging a discussion: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
• Managing the business relationship: Maison 3’s legitimate interest in developing and managing its business.
• Maintaining availability and security: legitimate interest in protecting the service.
• Meeting accounting, tax and legal duties: legal obligation.

Recipients and service providers

Data may be accessed by Marie Philippart and, only where necessary, the relevant members of the collective. Processors may include Netlify for hosting and forms, Cloudflare for DNS, security and delivery, and Google Workspace for professional email. Information is not sold or rented.

International transfers

Some providers are based in, or may process data in, the United States. Transfers are governed by GDPR-compliant safeguards, including applicable adequacy decisions and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

• Unsuccessful prospect enquiries: up to three years after the last active contact.
• Client data: throughout the contractual relationship and applicable statutory periods.
• Accounting records: ten years.
• Technical security data: only for the necessary period.

Your rights

You may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Contact contact@maisontrois.fr. You may also complain to the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.

Cookies

Maison 3 currently uses no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. Netlify or Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms for security and request delivery.

External services and updates

WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other external websites process data under their own policies. This policy may be updated when the website, providers or applicable rules change.
